What counts as an event?
Every annual plan includes 36 activated events per organisation per subscription year, shared across all staff. Drafts and templates do not count. Activate an event before publishing it, opening registration or adding competitors. Each event in a league counts once; rounds and categories do not count separately. Deleting an activated event does not restore the allowance. Existing events remain exempt.
Your allowance renews on your organisation’s annual subscription anniversary. Need more than 36 events? Contact us about a licence extension.
Single event or annual?
A single-event licence suits a one-off competition. At the prices above, an annual plan costs less once you run four events in a year.

What if my event has more than 500 competitors?
Contact us for custom pricing. Tell us your expected competitor count, event dates and any support you need.
Can I move from a single event to an annual plan?
Run a second event within 90 days of a single-event purchase and we’ll credit that purchase towards an annual plan.
Are features locked to bigger plans?
No. Every plan gets every feature. Plans differ by the number of competitors per event.
How do I get started?
Choose a plan above, sign in with your organiser account, and select or create your organisation. New organiser accounts are currently invite-only; contact us to arrange access. Your chosen plan stays selected when you sign in.
